Conclusion Windows , Mac and Linux

First of all, let's review what an operating system is. An operating system is not a simple program that you could run on a computer; an operating system is basically the brain of the computer. It is what runs all your videos, games, word documents, it stores all your information on your hard drive, and it is the key for accessing everything in your computer. If you are still having problem understanding what an operating is, just imagine if your brain is an operating system and your body is the hardware. All the knowledge, memories, and skills you know are just something that you installed on our brain, your body could freely access your knowledge, memories, and skill through your brain. This is just like what an operating system could do for your computer. Example of popular operating system will be Windows, Mac, and Linux. Those three operating system will be what we are going to be focus on today.
Windows is the most widely used operating system in the world. The world's 90% computer user uses Windows as their primary operating system. Windows has been around for a while; it is famous for its speed and its compatibility. On Windows you could run almost any kind of game out there as long as you have a good computer hardware, also on Windows you could boost up your computer speed to what your computer were not design for, which is call the turbo mode. Beside the fun part of Windows, it is also made for business and it has the largest software library dude to its compatibility. One other thing about Windows is that it provide good amount of security against viruses and hackers attack.
Mac, on the other hand doesn't not have the compatibility like Windows. You could only run Mac on an Apple computer, which is why you could rarely see a Mac OS(operating system)  running under PC(personal computer, commanly refer to Windows). Only 5% of the world's computer uses Mac as their primary operating system. However, this percentage is changing in a positive rate. On the early 2000, Mac only covers around 2% of the computer user.  Although Mac could not run heavy games like Windows could, Mac is known for its stability, its graphic, and its ability to edit music and video. Under Mac fancy look, it also provides a very strong security  and this is one of the reason why people choose Mac, I am remember few years ago people claim that  if you uses Mac, you will never have trouble against viruses, that is how secure Mac is. Apple spend a lot of money and afford on designing the Mac graphic, it is design to be every convenience so that the user will have best experience when using  a Mac.
Finally, here is Linux. Linux is the operating system that most of the people have no experience with, you could rarely see a Linux install on a public computer. Learning Linux takes time the command on Linux itself takes year to get familiar with. This is probably why only 1% of the world's computer user uses Linux. However, Linux is a very powerful operating system, it is faster and more secure than Windows and Mac, basically what you could do on a Windows and Mac you could also do it on Linux. The only downside of Linux beside its hardness is it could not run games like Window, it is even worse than a Mac. The only games that Linux could run will probably be the programmer self-design game or the default game Hearts and Minesweeper. Linux is also highly portable; you could run a Linux on almost any computers. The best thing about a Linux is that it is totally free, anyone could download Linux off the Internet to use it edit it and even to sell it.
Windows, Mac and Linux there have been many debates on which one is better than which one. In my opinion they all have their upsides and downsides. Personally I would prefer Linux; everyone should try out Linux if they have the chance. However, it takes a little time to learn how to use Linux and it takes time to get use to its graphic. Secondly I would recommend Mac, even know I do not own a Mac but it has the coolest outfit for a computer ever. And finally there is PC, I strongly recommend PC for gamers. On other operating system could beat a PC on gaming.
